I’m having the same problem. ITunes payment has processed and shows Evernote Professional as current plan. However, Evernote on my iPhone and Mac shows Evernote Personal as my current plan. I logged out, power reset. Still same issue. Submitted a ticket to Evernote with receipt from iTunes. Got an Auto reply with some suggestions about logging out/in and contacting iTunes. Submitted a report to iTunes although the payment processed but maybe if they receive a lot it will put some visibility on it. Waiting on further reply from Evernote.
