No responses to my support ticket for refund.

By mistake I paid the annual plan (wanted to use the montly plan) 3 weeks ago. The policy stated I could request for refund with 30days. My support ticket has no responses so far. Emailed to the pay-pal support email returned with an automated response saying not to use email and to file a ticket.

Any suggestions to get someone from Evernote to look at the ticket or give a response?

Be patient?  Evernote has millions of users and a lot of support requests.  If you asked for a refund,  you'll get one - as soon as they can get around to it...
