steenger 1 Posted February 9 Share Posted February 9 I have been trying to change the email address my evernote account is linked to for over a year. When I enter my password and new email address it sends a confirmation email to my new email address. I click on the confirmation button, and it goes to a login page. When i enter the new email address on the login page it says "there is no account for the username or email you entered". Has anyone found a resolution for this or had the same problem? steenger 1 Posted February 23 Author Share Posted February 23 Yes I followed the steps and the issue still isn't resolved. I've decided to cancel my subscription and look for another service that has customer service. 1 Link to comment
