Nobody asks a question 0
I have used Evernote for several years, and recently canceled my subscription via itunes due to the price increase. I was offered a discount and I was willing to resubscribe at that price point, so I did. I can see my invoice on my Evernote account showing that I have paid for a personal account through 1/16/2025, but my account is showing up as a free account despite my paid-for subscription. Is there any way of actually reaching Evernote customer service to get this problem resolved? Evernote Invoice.pdf Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,076 Posted February 6 Level 5* Share Posted February 6 Hi. If you paid iTunes, you need to speak to them; otherwise use https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - and the issue type "Account" Link to comment
