I canceled my auto subscription last year and i get charged this year even double the cost. I submit 3 reports but nobody from support replied.Just getting auto mai and when i reply nobody never contact me cant find nowhere how to talk with support.

Hi. Downgrading your account to cancel subscriptions is something any user can do online.  We're mainly other users here,  so can't help you with a refund;  but contact https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - use the issue type "Account" - for help with that.
