Maximiliano Vogler 0 Posted January 2 Share Posted January 2 Hello, I have a teams account by the email maxi@wintech.ar which has been blocked because my payment method got rejected and I did not realize about it on time. When I try to login to the account, I am immediately prompted to pay, which I tried to do several times but I get an error "your billing email is not in a valid format" I've sent a ticket over a month ago but nobody answers me. I've created this secondary account in order to acces this forum to see if I'm lucky enough to get a response here please. Please help, I need to recover those notes. I can not even see them! Best we can offer is to contact https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?guest=true - use the issue type "Account" We're mainly other users here - and this is a public forum so you might want to remove your email address and the credit card info as soon as possible...
