To ask questions names are english while in the user interface they are in the system language, for me Italian so for example I can't ask anything about taccuino because I don't know the equivalent in English of taccuino Link to comment

There will undoubtedly be Italian speakers in Support (probably now based in Milan). I just use https://www.google.com/search?q=translate+italian+to+english for foreign language queries...
