can not access 2fa authenticator code

hello

I have had an everynote account for over a decade. Somehow my authenticaor app has lost its evernote account. I can not login in to evernote online now. I still have access via my app. I want to login to update my billing information. I can not find the printed back-up codes. Any help appreciated.

Hi.  If you don't have your security information or a backup you'll need Support (which is not the Forums here) to look into it.
