Authenticator - 16-digit Single Use Backup Code

Hello -

I cannot log into my primary Evernote account.

The Google Authenticator page will not accept my code.

I have my 16-digit Single Use Backup Codes. When I try to enter them, it just loops back to the Google Authenticator page.

I have attached screenshots.

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

I would very much appreciate any help.
