Could not Display this PDF File

Hello

I tried to paste a pdf file from my Windows 10 desktop, it first showed the file in Evernote version 1

 Right after I got an error message that something hade gone wrong and the pdf the file was gone in Evernote.

I tried to forward a mail with a pdf in it to my evernote mail.  The files names shows with the Message "Could not display this PDF file", when i had right click the file in Evernote my Chrome Webrowser says "Failed to load PDF Document" and Evernote says "Unable to upload - One or more attachments could not be uploaded. A Copy has been saved to your local file system".

I could select "Open containing folder"  but the file not there.

In Evernote for IOS everything works with the same note as intended. It seems that something is broken in the current windows version of Evernote as it works with PDF documents that are in Evernote before!

What to do??
