24h time format

Is there any way to force Evernote to use 24h time format? My windows is running with 24h time. There is no extra setting in Edge to force 24h time. Yet, tasks insist on using am/pm. I constantly have to do extra clicks just to select am/pm.

Strange. The desktop version uses the 24h clock but the web version uses am/pm. I don't know of a wa y of changing either
