Excel attachment of the last 3 wks gone.

Hi, 

yesterday I discovered that 2 excel attachments of a note are gone.

What I tried:

- recover older versions of the note -> not possible data of the last 3 wks is gone and I update the note at least omce per wk

- search locally for the excel files in excel folder and attachment folder found one earlier version of one of the two excel files, rest is gone

 

This is the 3rd time this happened this year. Please help. I think the server maintenance last wk might play a role.

Hi.  I very much doubt it.  Please get in touch with Support - we're mainly other users here.  AFAIK it should be impossible for attachments to vanish withough trace.  Have you searched your account for keywords to make sure the files or the notes weren't accidentally misfiled somewhere?
