StacyE64 0
I use Evernote to write up counseling session notes. When I export the session notes to pdf it doesn't maintain the template format. I've attached the template and also the notes. Is there a fix for this? Counseling Session Notes Template.pdf Counseling Session Notes - 6a_Redacted.pdf Link to comment
Mike P 2,736
I think this may be another example of a problem with updating the formatting of header etc styles. At the moment you can update the headers or normal text to a different style. The updated style is then used throughout the note when you use that header. However if you copy, duplicate or make the note into a template the styles are lost. The same seems to happen if you export to pdf. I have an open support request for the issue and I have added this behaviour to it. You should also raise it with support yourself. 1 Link to comment

mackid1993 989
To work around if you are on a Windows PC try printing to Microsoft Print to PDF. That may work around the bug until EN fixes things. There another issue @janndk raised that involved nested ordered lists not maintaining the correct order when exported to PDF. Link to comment
Mike P 2,736
Yesterday EN technical support closed my support ticket on the related issue mentioned above. They say Our team has investigated this thoroughly. Despite our efforts, we were unable to successfully replicate the problem or identify any widespread issues. I have opened a new support ticket and included a screen cast to demonstrate that it is still an issue. Anybody had any luck with support on the pdf export issue? Link to comment
