I'm having the same issue as well. Windows 11, Installed and the latest version ( I downloaded it on 2023-11-27.) It's about a 10 second lag from attempting to write to the stroke actually appearing on screen.

Short answer at the moment would be:  use a different writing app and attach the output to your notes.

You could try a couple of things if you're using Evernote 10.67.2 - check in Settings to make sure that Hardware Acceleration is ON,  and if so,  try a 'clean' reinstall* and check again...

*Sign out of Evernote / delete saved data / uninstall app using Revo uninstaller / power device off and back on / re-download and reinstall.
