All Notes Lost After Required Password Reset (member since 2015)

I attempted to log into my account online (usually just do it from my phone)... it required that I reset my password for security reasons; when I did all my notes disappeared... I've been using Evernote since 2015.. everything is gone.

Hi.  No,  it's not - you just have a password problem.  We're mainly other users here,  so you really need to contact Support to resolve it.  There's even a help page about this - I reset my password and don't see any notes in my account

Similar  experience.  Received message to change my password for security reasons.  Changed password, logged in and all notes were missing.  Read this thread and realized I logged into my other account.
