Pressing Mouse Wheel together with ALT copies content to some note - how to switch off this undesired function

After installing last version  (10.6.4) there is feature that didn't exist before  - when I click on ALT+Mouse Wheel, it copies something to something. Where do I switch this option?

My problem that this key/mouse combination is reserved on some other application and Evernote decided to override and that affects my workflow.

I can't reproduce that behaviour, but the message is the same as when you copy some text to the clipboard and then use alt+ctrl+V to "Paste to Evernote". Perhaps disabling that shortcut will also disable the alt+mouse wheel behaviour.

Thank you, I guess that Ctrl+V was redefined in mouse mouse, and it somehow overlapped, I disabled the setting you gave me and everything is fine
