Trying to share notebook

Hey I'm trying to share my notebook with someone.  There are 2 others on the notebook.  But the 3rd person can't seem to access.  They get the email.  But when they click the link, it ends up on an error page. Kinda frustrating.  It is a "new" account.  It was created a while ago, but they didn't add any notes or anything.  I heard that evernote doesn't allow new accounts to be shared with because of possible spamming.  Wondering why they couldn't verify with another method.  But that's not the issue.  Would like to just share the notebook.
