How can I assign tags which are currently unassigned?

Since EN is multi-platform, it would be helpful if you posted this in the section you're referring to.

In Windows, you can drag & drop the tag onto a note. Or select a note (list view) & right click. Or 'click to add tag' in the middle segment (list view).
