Shortcuts on desktop keep disappearing

Every time i mark a note as "Add to Shortcuts", it goes to the shortcut list for less than a minute then gets booted off. This is only a problem on my work PCs desktop version of evernote. My laptop and android phone add shortcuts and sync just fine. 

The computers are all windows running evernote 10.58.8. I have tried uninstall/reinstall, quitting evernote using the File -> Quite evernote button. Still the same issue. Any ideas?

Looks fixed now! I removed all the shortcuts from the 'working' devices. Then uninstalled/reinstalled on the problem computer to create a fresh and properly synced version. Now i can add shortcuts on the problem computer which then show up on the other devices and vice versa. Importantly, they don't get booted off!
