Cannot log in on Android and stuck in email login page

Hi 

my phone is ASUS zenphone 5.

currently, it is my first time to download this app and try to login my account.

however, the screen is stuck in email login page as attached (the text on the screen is <please wait>).

May I know how to resolve this problem?

I have tried to re-download several times, but it seems doesn't work and the problem is still there.

Hi.  Try uninstalling the app and powering your phone off and on,  then reinstall.  If that doesn't help,  please contact Support via the settings option in the app (if it is available to you!).  We're mainly other users here,  not Evernote staff.
