Add Sketch scroll is opposite of laptop scroll settings

Hi, i'm wondering if there's a way to fix the issue I'm having. When I am adding a sketch to a note, the scroll settings are continuously opposite to my computer, even when I change my computer's settings, EN's will change too to remain opposite. This means that when I use 2 fingers on my track pad and scroll down, the sketch will scroll up while if I scrolled down on my windows, it would scroll down. 

i.e.

Sketch: down to scroll up

Windows: down to scroll down

I am trying to read a textbook and take written notes via the add sketch by using my split screen function, but this is really frustrating as the different scrolls are polar opposites, so I keep accidentally scrolling the wrong way. Is there some way to change the scroll settings on EN sketch?
