Task won't save when save is clicked

Using the Desktop Evernote  for Mac. Details below. Just today, when I click "save" after filling in task details nothing happens. Cancel button works though. Restarted several times. 

Is this a bug?

Yes, and has been reported elsewhere.  For me it will eventually save after waiting ~1 min.
