How do I stop sharing a notebook with someone I've previously given access to?

If you know which note open it and click on the shared icon  

When the Sharing Info opens click on Stop sharing

 

 

If you cant find the note search shared:* it will open a list of all your shared notes

To stop sharing a notebook (which was the question), from the three dots menu at the top of the note list choose "share notebook..." and remove permissions from there

Or you can do it from the three dots next to the notebook in the notebook screen

Don't press the three dots press as shown on my screenshot on the small green head & shoulders this will open the Sharing info and then just clock bottom right as shown by the arrow.

Can we clarify. In your original post you said "sharing a notebook". Are you trying to stop sharing a notebook or an individual note which is not in a shared notebook?
