Trying to reach sales

I have been leaving emails for the Sales Team for the past three weeks - the message gives a 48 hour turnaround time but I have not heard back. I am trying to get some billing information answered about doing the Business vs. Team subscriptions and the ability to pay via Purchase Order/invoice instead of via credit card. Is there another way to contact the Sales team at Evernote?
