What happened to my note?

I just found this error recently. This happen to all my devices, from web version, to desktop and even to my app. I assume this error links to text encoding. What should I do to have them back to normal?

Hi.  You're posting in the Evernote Teams (business) forum,  though I assume you're not actually a Teams user.  Please confirm what device,  OS and Evernote version you're using - and exactly where your text appears;  it's not recognisably an Evernote window.
