(Archived) Request: "New Notebook" from pull-down menu

This request may already appear in the forum, but I don't really want to sort through the 118 search results to be sure!

Would be great if, when creating a new note, we had the option to "Create New Notebook" right in the pull-down menu used to assign a notebook, much like Gmail's label function.
