I have logged out and then back in again but still showing as a free account. I have just contacted Apple to see if I can get a refund as there seems no way of contacting Evernote if you only have a free account Link to comment

In the case of a direct payment I would expect 24-48 hrs (working days) until it reaches the account status. When paying with Apple or Google this goes up to 48-72 hrs.
