Can't open Evernote in windows 11 desktop!!

Hi Supporting team,

My subscription type:  Evernote Personal Annual (INV09179956).   ID: jeffreyhuang45@gmail.com

I am face a trouble , I can't open Evernote desktop application, when I double-click the evernote icon, then no response.

The Evernote version : v10.51.7,  OS  : Windows 11,

Please advise to solve this ASAP!

Hi.  This is a (mainly) user-supported public forum,  and I recommend you remove your personal information from your post.  I run the same versions of Evernote and Windows and there is no reason I'm aware of that this should be an issue.  Please uninstall any Evernote files,  restart your computer and re-download the current version from Evernote.com to re-install.  If you still have issues,  please contact Support directly.
