I use Evernote to review job applicants. For each applicant, I collect the same information by reviewing a PDF. I read their materials, and enter the information I want into each applicant's Evernote note. I'd love to be able to create a form such that I can type information, and hit TAB to move to the next field in the form for entering the information rather than typing, moving my hand to the mouse, clicking in new spot, back to the keyboard to type, back to the mouse...

Maybe use a table and just hit the down arrow to go to the next cell? (You could also tab twice to get to the next field in the example below.)
