iOS Note-Link cannot convert from Text to Preview

It's not possible to convert a Note Link preview from text-mode to content-mode.

I can insert Note Links and they will default to content-mode previews. But if they were originally (or changed to) text-mode previews, it's not possible to change them to content-mode previews.

The only workaround so far, is for me to delete the Note Link and reinsert them again, thereby defaulting to content-mode previews.

Instead of deleting the link I first change it to a standard link, and then I can change it to a content preview.

I thought that this was an issue in the Windows desktop too.  I find that if I hover over the link, there is a three dot menu which includes converting to a preview.

In Android I click in the link and the underlying link appears in a bar across the bottom of the editing area. The three dot menu is in that bar.  I have the mobile edit lock on so I have to go into Edit mode first.
