Can’t save pdf file from Scannable to iPhone Files

Unable to save a PDF file from within Scannable to the iPhone Files app. There is no “Cancel” or “Save” or “Submit” buttons, so no way to complete the task.

However I was able to save the same pdf to the Files app on the same phone from within the Evernote app.

Has anyone else had this experience?
