Found out that I've been getting charged after unsubscribing?

Hello Evernote Community,

I purchased a subscription to evernote many months ago, but decided it wasn't for me and unsubscribed December of last year. 

I should've probably paid better attention to my bank statements, but I had been overwhelmed with dental school/severe depression and didn't have the time/energy to be that responsible. I recently decided to set up my chase account so that It gave me a notification whenever it was charged and was surprised to see the evernote charge, and immediately went through and saw the multiple monthly charges from evernote.

I assumed I forgot to unsubscribe like an idiot, but as soon as I signed in to my account I was greeted with "why did you unsubscribe from evernote" survey, which means that my subscription was successfully cancelled, right? But then I looked into my account settings and It says I'm still subscribed? 

I submitted a ticket but I'm not sure what to expect.  Some companies are really lenient on these kind things, others are super stringent. do you think evernote would consider helping me out after seeing 0 activity since december, and have you heard of anyone experiencing this issue?

Hi.  We're mainly other users here,  so you'd need to talk to Support to find out what they are inclined to do.  It can't hurt to ask,  although I have to say that your payment method and account details are freely available to you online here and you can add or remove payment details as you wish.
