Font keeps changing colour in table cell

Hello,

I have created a table and have changed the background colour of various cells (see image). I would like the font colour to be white. I can change it to white, but when I click off the note to another note and then come back to it, it automatically changes to black.

This weird thing only happens when the cell background is yellow or one of the pastel colours.

I played around with this for a bit and can confirm that it works like this for me too.

It appears that Evernote reverts the color white:

to Auto when navigating away and back to a note:

And then the text color for 'Auto' for the darker yellow background is black since I'm guessing they think white is too hard to see on that background.

This seems like a bug to me. I would expect White to stay White (just like Black stays Black) and not revert to Auto.

Great to know it's not just me. Great work on that table! Let's hope there's a fix to this bug.

I have the same problem. One of workarounds is downgrade

@Girlonsafari If you are on a subscription, you could submit a ticket to Evernote, otherwise they may not ever notice.
