Ssolgun 5
When I access the link below from computer, other pages are displayed well, but only this link is displayed as a blank page. https://www.evernote.com/BillyBillingProfile.action I've tried Chrome, Edge, Opera and all, but the results are the same. Displayed as a blank page. I tried with another Evernote account, but the result is the same. Displayed as a blank page. However, when you access from your mobile, this page appears normally. I think... there is a problem with the homepage production process. (For your information, I am good at handling computers, and 20 years ago, I developed a homepage using perl, cgi, php, etc.) Is there any other way I can try? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,057 Posted May 26, 2022 Level 5* Share Posted May 26, 2022 Hi. That's an odd situation. Your link works for me - on my account, obviously; so I don't see why one device in one location (presumably) is having this issue. The details are populated from individual accounts, so maybe it gets lots of connection traffic - is the device where this is an issue behind any firewalls / AV? If it's a work situation forinstance you might need to talk to your IT. 1 1 Link to comment

If the firewall is the reason, the billing page should not appear even if the browser is forcibly reduced and made into a mobile view. That is, if the size of the desktop chromium window is reduced, a billing page appears, and if it is made large, a billing page does not appear. I thought there might be a problem with my PC, so after installing Windows 10 and Mac through VMware, I checked, but the results were the same. I think this is a problem that can only be solved by Evernote. 2 Link to comment

I bow to your superior knowledge (I don't use Macs!) - have you reported this to Evernote Support? We're mainly other users on the Forums... Subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and Free users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps (or use the feedback option in the mobile client). 1 Link to comment

Thank you for your compliment. I'm just trying a lot of different ways. Anyway... I can't wait for this to be resolved. 1 Link to comment
