James84 0 Posted March 17, 2022 Share Posted March 17, 2022 Since today, I haven't been able to use Evernote on either of my devices I'm allowed to use as a free member. It says I need to unsync a device, but when I select 'unsync', it says I can't unsync any more devices this month. Which is odd, given I've used the functionality once? Is anyone else having similar issues? Link to comment

In settings go to your account devices and remove all connected devices then log back in again. Link to comment
Skeinjunkie 0 Posted March 31, 2022 Share Posted March 31, 2022 If I follow this advice and log out on my only two devices, how will I find my notes when I log back in? I am asked to unsync either my one computer, my one phone or Evernote Web. Is this not two devices? Link to comment
