Notes aren't updated when I open Evernote Android

I opened up my Evernote Android and it says the last change on a note was Feb 7, even though I have made many changes since then. I have had this happen before, and I log out and then log in. But I shouldn't have to do this every time. Anyone else have this issue?

 

The reason I wanted to look at a note right now is because on the PC web app, I keep trying to edit a note and it doesn't save any of my edits.
