Evernote for Mac 10.29

Recommended Posts

Hello!

Today we released Evernote for Mac 10.29.7. This has some notable bugfixes (particularly for right click menu issues in the editor on desktop) and also marks the release of calendar notifications.

It is available now via the Mac App Store and as a direct download version from our website. If you are already running one of these versions, we are progressively rolling out to compatible devices and the new version will be available on all supported operating systems within 7 days. New to Mac 10.29

  • When you have Evernote and Google Calendar connected, Evernote can now remind you when it’s time to take meeting notes, or open an existing note, so you never miss a detail.

Fixed highlights:

  • We’ve made some additional performance improvements to app start up.
  • Right click context menus weren’t always working in the editor - particularly for tables and PDFs - this is now resolved.
  • Fixed a lag/freeze when adding a second tag using the tag filter.
  • Backwards navigation was not always working when clicking elements in the left navigation menu.
  • Note duplication experience would not work correctly when including a Reminder.
  • Fixed a failure to open javascript error on direct download (non-appstore clients) that would prevent the app from opening
  • Scrolling through large lists of notes when in list / side list view would sometimes have issues rendering the notes in the list.

Let us know what you think and we appreciate the continued feedback. We will keep hard at work! Thank you!
