Roger Hyams 2
Dear All, I'm a newcomer to the forums, so hello. A friend has asked me to help with this problem: an old Evernote account that is now inaccessible because it's associated with a defunct email address. Here's what happened: She updated Evernote to the latest version. The older version was associated with an email address that is now cancelled. So she now has an Evernote account, but the old one (with all its data) has disappeared. Is it possible to retrieve this data? Your help would be much appreciated. Happy New Year, R. Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,072 Posted January 3, 2022 Level 5* Share Posted January 3, 2022 Hi. If your friend can remember the user name / email address and the password, they should be able to log into the account unless it has been deactivated*. All data should still be there. If they have forgotten the login details and no longer have access to the original address, your friend should contact Support**. * Reactivate your Evernote account ** These Forums are mainly user 2 user - subscribers can raise support queries here - https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new and Free users here - https://twitter.com/evernotehelps (or use the feedback option in the mobile client).
