Not able to view note since last few days

- I login to evernote with google auth and it's successful

- When I clicked on note from favourites; it's not showing note content but error message follow

Is this happening only in one client ? On which type of platform ?

It happens on latest Chrome browser running on latest Mac OS version.

If you see screenshot, it's clearly backend issue. Some API is not working as expected.

I never had such problem with google drive; evernote needs to have some system in place to make sure users has got access to their data every time

If you want to contact EN, issue a support ticket.

My workaround would be to use another browser. Maybe give Safari 15 a try, I like it.

It was just a remark, because I can't see if you are on the Free account, or paying a fee to use EN.

Personal support is only available for users who pay for the use of EN.

I'm not paying fee to use EN but compared to Google drive for which I don't pay fee as well it's 24 * 7 accessible , I was shocked that it's not the case with EN.

Losing data is a nightmare

1) Availability of EN is in general very high. It runs on servers hosted by Google …

2) Your data is dry and safe on the EN servers. Don’t see what loosing data means in this context. You have an access problem.

3) If you prefer Google Drive, go ahead.
