I signed in through my account that was activated in 2018, and am unable to access or find any of my saved notes. I cannot locate any support phone numbers, contacts, email addresses, or how to submit a ticket to help resolve the issue. Hi. I'm afraid free accounts don't get email support, and no-one gets callback support. We're mainly user 2 user here - you may find that you've inadvertently exceeded the device limit on your account, or that when you logged in you inadvertently created a brand new account.
