Windows pen bug

I'm using a Wacom One By to write on my Windows laptop.

When i try to write something on Evernote on the note the pen selection dosen't work but only the highlighter works.

I try to reset the app but i still have this problem.

Your setup is probably far from anything called standard. 

Since you are not a subscriber, EN support is no option. Maybe try Wacom on this.
