Homepage on startup for Windows 10.

How can I setup Evernote to open on my home page? Currently it opens on a particular note I have not worked on in months. It never seems to open on "last note" maybe there is a sync issue?

Regardless, can I setup to open to the homepage by default in Win10

In my experience V10 on Windows opens in the view before the last complete shut down of the app. ie you need to either file -> quit Evernote or close the app from the task bar - don't just use the cross. So if you go to the home page and then do a complete shutdown of the app it should remember.
