My web clipper errors out when I try to save the clip. I'm using windows 10 in chrome browser. Was there a recent update?

I'm using Chrome and not seeing any issues - what exactly happens?  Could you screenshot what you see?

My steps:

1.  click on elephant shortcut on browser.

2.  click screenshot

3.  highlight area i want copied

4.  Press save

It then errors out see attachment.  

This error also happens to me in firefox browser I discovered.

Could be the page you're copying from - maybe using code that doesn't encourage copying...  Maybe try saving/ printing the page as a PDF file?
