(Archived) Evernote won't quit

For the last three days I haven't been able to shut down my computer the normal way because Evernote won't quit, and there is no force quit. Any ideas?

You could try running the Mac "Activity Monitor" application, then select Evernote from that application's list and use the "Sample" button to gather more information about what Evernote is doing at that moment.

Thanks, Dave. I found the activity monitor, but I have no clue what I'm looking at. However, I did find the force quit button for Evernote and that is good enough for now. I have an appt at the Genius bar next week and will ask them to explain the activity monitor functions to me. Appreciate your help.
