Notebooks duplicates in the desktop version

I have duplicates of some (3 of 10) notebooks in my Evernote. All is OK in the web version but duplicates in the desktop. I tried to uninstall and install again, disconnect and connect again. Nothing is helping. 

Also I have 2 spaces between the notebooks. I have them on my Android app as well. 

Help!

Hi.  Did you do a full reset on Evernote? - 

1. Sync the account.
2. Sign out and close Evernote and Windows.
3. Power your device off,  then on.
4. Download a new version from Evernote.com & re-install
5. Sign back in with your correct user details.

Hi! Yes! I've done this procedure several times. Tried out different apps to fully delete Evernote. Nothing helps. Evernote starts loading - first 3 seconds I see normal list of notebooks but then after these 3 seconds I again get duplicates.
