Short answer - No. If you want to save your images in reasonable quality they'll be large files and saving them to your Evernote database would be slow and could possibly degrade the image anyway. Evernote has zero image editing features, and no AI image-recognition where Google Photos and a lot of other image management applications have all the bells and whistles.
