Client does not update the profile picture

So I changed my profile picture. While the legacy client immediatly shows the new profile picture, the new client (10.5.7) does not. Restarting the client does not help, nor does logging in and out again.

I opened a support ticket but in the meantime, what else can I do?

The Client for Windows is also having the same problem. I can't believe that this problem is still here after a whole year.

Did any of you got your profile pictures fixed? How did you guys open a support line? I cannot find anywhere to do so. Really appreciate any help!!

On Windows at least, looks like if you close Evernote and rename or delete

%APPDATA%\Evernote\resource-cache

You pfp will update when the app is relaunched  

  
edit: Deleting and redownloading the iOS app fixed this issue there as well for me

I have deleted and downloaded the app several times and my profile photo is still not updated. Any solution for this, v annoying!

On which operating system are you running EN ?

On macOs the folder is located in:

/Users/%USERNAME%/Library/Application Support/Evernote/resource-cache

For me this is solved: When I update my profile picture, save the changes in the profile page and then quit and restart Evernote on macOS, the profile picture is updated.

Sometimes it helps to log out of the account. Quit the app, reopen it and log back in. This will draw new settings from the server.
