Robert Day 0
Last week I went to my Evernote on my desktop and got a notice that Evernote was working on maintenance and I would not be able to sync until done. It hen asked me for my email and password, which never happens, and then it created a new basic account for me. I can not access my premium account I have have for 4+ years and the 3700+ notes in my account. In order to get support I had to upgrade the new basic account to premium which I did today. I need some help to get my old account and all of my notes back. Link to comment

Bypass the desktop, and use Evernote Web (www.evernote.com) Make sure you're using the correct userid/password It seems like you accidentally created a new account Link to comment
Robert Day 0
I have tried that and it goes to the new account not the old account. I "accidently" created a new one because it asked me to log in and then it created the account. I still have the forwarding email to my original account and if I forward something to it it does not go into the "new" account. I cant even get to support with the "new" account. Link to comment
Robert Day 0
When I log in I can not find support anywhere in the program. Any ideas how to get a support ticket in to someone. Link to comment

Robert Day 0
When I go to the support log in it keeps taking me in circles. When I click on Support Ticket it takes me back to the same place. When it created the new account for me it was with the old password and email address. Link to comment
