my account is lost.

Recommended Posts

Last week I went to my Evernote on my desktop and got a notice that Evernote was working on maintenance and I would not be able to sync until done.  It hen asked me for my email and password, which never happens, and then it created a new basic account for me.  I can not access my premium account I have have for 4+ years and the 3700+ notes in my account.  In order to get support I had to upgrade the new basic account to premium which I did today.  I need some help to get my old account and all of my notes back.

Bypass the desktop, and use Evernote Web (www.evernote.com)

Make sure you're using the correct userid/password
It seems like you accidentally created a new account

I have tried that and it goes to the new account not the old account.  I "accidently" created a new one because it asked me to log in and then it created the account.  I still have the forwarding email to my original account and if I forward something to it it does not go into the "new" account.  I cant even get to support with the "new" account.

Log out of the new account
Log in with the account/password of the old account
