PDF inline single page view problem browsing PDF file

Using the inline single page PDF view feature, when clicking the arrows to read the next page within the PDF, this will always bring the view back to the top of the note and I have to scroll down the note to the PDF to continue reading.

Yes, this is a horrible horrible UI decision. Paging inside a scrolling pane!!? Seriously??. Fortunately you can toggle to show all pages but that is only for the current document.
